Grill Masters provides fresh, European style gourmet rotisserie chicken in an environment
which promotes healthy food. We have developed a unique recipe using natural herbs and
spices to enhance the flavor of the chicken. We use fresh chicken with an 12 hour
marination period, after which the chicken are transported to the farmer's market and grilled.
We guarantee the best quality chicken (corn-fed, free range) marinated and prepared by our
highly trained rotisserie chefs. The grilling is all natural without the use of oil or butter and
unlike other rotisseries we do not use saline injected chicken. Fresh rotisserie chicken
prepared to perfection right in front of your eyes!
Our thoroughly trained rotisserie chefs deliver fresh, quality gourmet chicken slowly roasted on
our unique rotisserie system. The roasting is proven to be easy, fast and hygienically safe.
The grills are unique because they do not cook the chicken over an open flame like most
rotisseries. These grills are infrared burners that slowly and continuously provide the chicken
with slow heat. This protects the proteins, minerals and vitamins and preserves the delicious
flavor and juiciness of the poultry.
The chicken take approximately 1.5 hours to cook! Only then is the chicken ready to serve.
