Services We Provide

Our set up is unique.  We have self-contained units containing the grills, refrigerators, heating
plates and a sink with running hot/cold water.  Our chef and servers drive up to your location
and set up the tables and roast on-site.  No smoke, charcoal or grease involved.  The mobile
units are equipped with a generator, for when electricity is not available.  We have been to the
desert, the beaches and everywhere in between.
Delivery or On-Site Catering

You have the option of having the food delivered (boxed lunches/dinners, platter style or buffet)
or prepared on-site.  On-site preparation is itself a work of art as our highly qualified chefs
prepare outstanding meals right in front of your eyes.  Grill Masters not only serves Rotisserie
chicken, but also grilled steak, fish, seafood and vegetables.  Our  team of specialized gourmet
chefs and professional servers are capable of preparing dishes from around the world.
